Once you've chosen your desired tour, select your date of departure and click the "Book Now" button, which will take you to the Reservation Form. Fill in the requested details, click the "Submit" button to confirm your reservation request once more before sending it to us. Once we've received your reservation request, we will check the availability of the tour and respond to you within 72 hours. Upon confirming the availability, we will send you an email with a secure link to complete the payment online in advance via credit card. Please complete the payment at least one day before departure (if the payment is not completed in advance, the reservation may be cancelled). After confirming the payment, the reservation is officially made, and we will send you the reservation confirmation.
The prices for taxi tours are set per vehicle rather than per person, which means that the more people there are in your group, the cheaper the rate per person becomes. The price is determined by the requested vehicle, distance and time of travel, in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations. Any admission fees or activity fees included during the tour will be calculated per person and added to the total amount.
Depending on the vehicle and the amount of luggage, taxi tours can accommodate up to 9 people. If your group is bigger than this, please consider hiring two taxis or a large-sized bus (not all places in our recommended taxi tours can be accessed by bus, so please inquire in advance). Of course, taxi tour reservations for one person are also more than welcome.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your scheduled itinerary on the day itself. If you want to make any changes, please let us know in advance.
