The Great Maple of Mount Norikura
The once-a-year, rare and beautiful sight of the Great Maple of Norikura.
Surrounded by lush vegetation and with a spectacular view of mountain ranges in the background, the Great Maple of Norikura stands in Ichinose at Mt Norikura. Every year in October, the tree attracts numerous tourists and photographers to come and marvel at the beauty of its bright red maple leaves.
