How to Pay

You can pay by credit card in advance (advance payment). We will send you a link to pay after you book.

Wi-Fi Available

You can use Free Wi-Fi on the vehicle. (Excluding UD and sedan taxi. As the number is limited, it may not be available.)

Pick-Up

Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival lobby (airport pick-up) or ticket gate (Nagano sta. pick-up) with your name on a signboard.

Child Seats Available on Request

According to Japanese Law, you are not required to provide safety seats for infants or children but we can provide them if requested.

Toll fares are already included in the price list above.
NOT included
Entrance fees to tourist attractions, for example the Snow Monkey Park.
Cancellation policy
You can’t change the pick-up time on the day.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place with time to spare.
If it passes for 30 minutes from the pick-up time, your reservation is canceled.
The car schedule may be subjected to change due to weather conditions and traffic.
If you cancel before 3 days, it’s no charge. Before 2-1 days, please pay 50% of the total fare. The day, 100%.
When you cancel after paying, you need a refund charge.
Emergency contact

Do the drivers speak English?
We are sorry, our drivers do not speak English well.
But we have prepared point-and-talk conversation sheets and a smartphone translation application to communicate with you. In cases where the above methods cannot help you to communicate with our driver, please feel free to contact our office staff by WhatsApp, Hangouts, LINE, Messenger or phone.
What do we do if our flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled(airport pick-up)?
Our drivers are responsible for checking your flight status and will wait for you at the pick-up location according to your arrival time. Please let us know if you are aware your flight will be delayed, or is arriving earlier than scheduled. In these cases, we will try our best to accommodate you. Additional parking fees or other expenses may be charged in this case.
Where is the meeting point at Narita and Haneda airport?
Our driver will be waiting for you outside the arrival gate with your name written on a signboard.
How do we contact you on the day of travel in case of emergency?
The Emergency contact is stated on your reservation confirmation.
On the way, can we stop for a lunch/toilet break?
Yes, please feel free to let us know if you need to take a short break.

Please send us your mail from the reservation form or inquiry form on "Quotes and Reservations for Chartering" on the top.
STEP 2ALPICO TAXI
We will check to see if we can meet your wishes. If possible we will quote a price and contact you via email.
STEP 3CUSTOMER
If you can approve the quote price, etc., please send back a reply e-mail.
STEP 4ALPICO TAXI
We will create a Reservation Confirmation based on the information and send it to you.
We will also send you a link for advance payment, after making vehicle reservations.
STEP 5CUSTOMER
Please confirm the Reservation Confirmation.
Use the link provided to complete your payment with Visa or Mastercard.
Please contact us to inform us that the payment process is over.
STEP 6ALPICO TAXI
After we have confirmed your payment has been completed, we will create a new Reservation Confirmation that has been settled and send it to you.
It doubles as a receipt.
STEP 7CUSTOMER
Once you confirm the Reservation Confirmation, the reservation will be completed.
STEP 8ALPICO TAXI
Our driver will pick you up on the day.
