Haneda Airport Shared Shuttle Service
Reservation, Shared Ride
Reservation
  1. Call in from 3 months to 3 days before or send an Online Reservation Form from 3 months to 7days before the date of use.
  2. Reservations after this period could be available if our service has a vacancy although door to door pickup service would not be possible. Please contact us for more details.
  3. When we have no reservation in the reservation period, our shuttle service would be cancelled.
Fares
  1. Please check the Boarding and Arriving locations and Timetable and Fares.
    * Fares shown are for one way for one person and include consumption tax and tolls for the expressway.
    * No child or infant fares. If you carry your baby (under 3-year-old-infant) on your knees, your baby cannot be charged.
    (one baby for one adult would be available)
  2. Payment is available by cash or credit card. You can also use our "Alpico Taxi Service Ticket".
Baggage
  1. We can handle a maximum load of 1suitcase and 1 carry-on per person.
    (We cannot handle a pair of skis, a snowboard, a golf bag, and any things in a cardboard box.)
  2. Please ask us in advance if you have special baggage requirements.
  3. Take charge of your property, especially valuables. We are not liable for any loss or damage of your baggage.
Cancellations / Cancellation charges / Reservation change
  1. Cancellation must be informed of a minimum of one day prior to the date of use only by telephone.
    We will deduct the bank transfer fee from the total amount and refund the rest.
  2. Cancellation has not informed up to one day prior to the time of booking.
    Cancellation charge incurred: 100% of quoted price for provision of service.
  3. You might be able to change your reservation in advance. Please call us.
Confirmation (Door-to-door service)
  1. If you choose our "Door-to-door service" when you make a reservation, you will be notified of the pickup time 3 business days before the date of use.
  2. In other cases except above, we will not call you about the schedule time. Please be sure to check the Timetable.
Procedure
  1. Please arrive at the boarding location no later than 5 minutes before the departure time.
  2. We run our service from Haneda Airport according to our time schedule. Even if your flight has a delay, our shuttle would wait for you only in ten minutes. If you haven’t shown up in ten minutes, we consider your booking cancelled and you incur 100% of quoted price.
  3. All seats are non-smoking and non-alcohol in our shuttle and seat request is not available.
    * We sometimes decide who takes which seat according to the situation.
  4. Companion animals (except guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistance dogs) are not allowed, neither on the shuttle nor on the trunk.
  5. Passengers using a wheelchair; please contact us when you make a reservation.
Please Note
  1. Our shuttle service shall be cancelled or delayed any time we judge it dangerous or impossible to travel due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, traffic accidents, traffic blocking, and urgent cases.
  2. When our shuttle service you reserved is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances above, you will get a refund.
