We have several different types of vehicles available for charter from 45-passenger buses to normal sedan taxis to suit your groups of all sizes. As the largest and most reliable bus operator in Nagano, we currently own approximately 100 large-sized buses in Nagano and our branches in Tokyo and Osaka, as well as smaller vehicles including 15 mid-sized buses, 22 van taxis and 440 taxis.

Credit card payment

Payment for charter bus or taxi is to be made in advance using a credit card. VISA and Mastercard can be used. (Additionally, when paying for Large and Medium-sized buses, JCB and American Express can be used.) Completing payment in advance makes payment on the day of travel or later unnecessary and removes any worry about arrangements on the day of travel. (If payment is not completed in advance, the reservation may be cancelled.)

Reservation	The details of the reservation can be confirmed in advance in English (Thai or Traditional Chinese). By completing the payment in advance, there is no need to worry about arrangements on the day of travel.
Drivers	All our drivers are only able to speak Japanese. If you require guidance in another language, we can arrange for a guide/translator (separate fees apply).
Schedule	Changes to the schedule for travel are not possible on the day of travel. If you have any questions or want to talk about anything, please call us in advance of the day of travel.

About Refunds	Refunds on Bus Hire Reservations In the case that a customer decides to cancel a trip, we will first deduct the money detailed below and fees involved in the bank transfer etc. and then refund money that has already been paid Cancellation from 14 days to 8 days before the date of departure: Sum equivalent to 20% of the prescribed fares and fees. Cancellation from 7 days to 24 hours before the date and time of departure: Sum equivalent to 30% of the prescribed fares and fees. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the date and time of departure: Sum equivalent to 50% of the prescribed fares and fees. Cancellation on or after the day of departure: Sum equivalent to 100% of the prescribed fares and fees.
