About Refunds Refunds on Bus Hire Reservations
In the case that a customer decides to cancel a trip, we will first deduct the money detailed below and fees involved in the bank transfer etc. and then refund money that has already been paid
Cancellation from 14 days to 8 days before the date of departure: Sum equivalent to 20% of the prescribed fares and fees.
Cancellation from 7 days to 24 hours before the date and time of departure: Sum equivalent to 30% of the prescribed fares and fees.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the date and time of departure: Sum equivalent to 50% of the prescribed fares and fees.
Cancellation on or after the day of departure: Sum equivalent to 100% of the prescribed fares and fees.
