Please read before making an inquiry:
1. For the last year’s operation (2022-23 season), there were three reserved buses daily, while all other buses were non-reserved. For the reserved buses, you can purchase tickets online through the reservation link on the timetable page. For non-reserved buses, tickets must be purchased on the day of travel only. For this winter season (2023-24), whether you can book a ticket in advance or not, please wait until the release of the winter timetable.
2. The timetable is not expected to change significantly from last year, so please refer to the timetable from the previous year until the updated one becomes available.
3. This bus operates every day, yearly.
4. To check seat availability, please visit the reservation page. If the bus is fully booked, you will see indicators such as “×”, “No Seat Available”, or “Not Available”. We will not answer to the inquiries about the seat availability.
5. The online reservation system and the ticket counter share the same seat availability. If online bookings show no available seats, the ticket counter will have the same status.
6. This bus does not have a restroom onboard.
7. This bus has a luggage compartment where you can stow your suitcases. There are no restrictions on the number or size of items. Please make sure to use dedicated covers or bags for your skis, snowboard, and snowshoes. We do not take any responsibility for any damage to your belongings.

9. We add more buses during busy times. But if the bus becomes full, please board the next available bus.
10. Alpico does not handle the operation of the reservation website. If you encounter issues like your card being denied, the reservation page loading slowly, not sure what to fill in the form, error occuring while proceeding, or being unable to proceed despite availability, etc., please reach out to the company that manages the reservation website directly at info@highwaybus.com for help.
11. The bus ticket for the Nagano to Hakuba line that you purchased allows you to board any bus on the same day (Non-reserved bus only).
12. When making a reservation online, if your country phone number has less than 9 digits, add a 0 at the beginning to meet the requirement (9-11 digits).

Q2: I have only 10 minutes to transfer from the train to the Nagano Hakuba Line bus at Nagano Station. Will I make it in time?
A2: The distance between the train station’s ticket gate and the bus stop is within a 10-minute walking distance. However, depending on train delays or if you have a lot of luggage, there is a possibility that you may not make it in time. (You can purchase Nagano Hakuba Line bus tickets with cash or by contactless credit card/debit card onboard the bus.)
