Announcement of winner
A winner will be randomly selected from those who responded to the survey. We will contact the winner by March 21st to the e-mail address provided at application.
Terms and Conditions of the winning prize
- Please let us know the dates of your stay from the available dates and we will arrange your accommodation. Please be sure to contact us 3 weeks prior to the date of your stay.
- Room will be arranged in premium theater twin room for 1 night with dinner and breakfast. If your preferred date is already fully booked at the time of reservation, we will arrange another room type for you, so please let us know your preferred date as soon as possible.
- Accommodation coupon cannot be used on the following dates: April 17th-May 7th, August 1st -26th, September 16th-18th, October 7th-9th and November 15th-April 16th
- For round-trip bus tickets, we will send you a voucher by e-mail that can be exchanged at the Matsumoto Bus Terminal. If you are selected, we will ask you for your name, and you can exchange your ticket by presenting your name and the voucher at the exchange counter at the Matsumoto Bus Terminal.
- The prizes must be used within November 14, 2023
- The prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
