The aim of this partnership is to revitalize the regions where the parks are located by promoting tourism of national parks and to deepen people’s understanding of the importance of preserving the natural environment. ALPICO kotsu Co., ltd. supports this program and is committed to providing a comfortable environment for visitors to the national parks while promoting the attractiveness of the parks both in Japan and abroad.

― Overview of National Park Official Partnership ―
(1) Purpose
National Park Official Partnership Program is a partnership between the Ministry of the Environment and private companies or organizations to promote to the world the beautiful scenery of Japan’s world-class national parks and the attractiveness of a stay in a national park. The program aims to increase the number of domestic and international visitors to revitalize the regions where the parks are located and to deepen people’s understanding of the importance of preserving the natural environment.
(2) Period
From the agreement date to December 31, 2020
― Our main activities ―
(1) Promoting the attractiveness of National Parks both in Japan and abroad
We will promote the attractiveness of national parks both in Japan and abroad by creating promotional videos and pamphlets distributed via web sites, our facilities and on trains.
(2) Making preparations to receive foreign travelers
We will sell Free Bus Passports to facilitate overseas visitor’s excursions and stays in Chubu Sangaku National Park and Myoko-Togakushi renzan National Park, as well as develop a cashless secondary transportation system at Kamikochi Bus Terminal based on an advance reservation and payment system for bus tickets that allows visitors to travel around the Chubu Sangaku National Park.
(3) About the use of the unified logo of National Parks of Japan Official Partner
We will clearly indicate on our website that we are a National Parks Official Partner and display the unified logo of National Parks Official Partner.
