・The Norikura Snow Wall Bus (Haruyama Bus) is scheduled to run as far to N-38 Kuraigahara Sanso until late May, and will continue the service to N-40 Daisekkei / Path to Katanokoya after snow removal (schedule in late May).
・Daisekkei / Path to Katanokoya to Kuraigahara Sanso is about 4 km. Walking downward is recommended. A field of Siberian dwaft pine is revealed beyond the snow corridor, with views as far to the Southern Japan Alps and Yatsugatake range. Walking on the roadway to Tatamidaira is prohibited. No entry at any time.
・The bus towards Norikura Kogen Tourist Center departing at 7:35 from Shin-Shimashima will be cancelled if the Haruyama bus is cancelled.

・The date that operations are scheduled to begin may change due to snow removal.
・Only major stops are listed on the timetable.
・Operation between N-38 Kuraigahara Sanso and N-40 Daisekkei / Path to Katanokoya are scheduled to begin from late May.
・As the route includes high altitude mountain roads, buses will be cancelled if we determine that the safety of the route is less that ideal due to road conditions such as inclement weather, heavy snowfall, or icy roads
Please read before making an inquiry:
1. This is a non-reserved bus; you cannot reserve a seat in advance. Please purchase your ticket on the day of boarding at the ticket counter at Norikura Kogen Tourist Information. We usually add extra buses on busy days, so there’s not much need to worry about it being fully occupied. But if you are concerned, please line up early to board the bus.
2. We typically update this timetable in late March. If the schedule for next year is not yet available, please be patient for its release. We kindly ask that you refrain from inquiring about the release of the new timetable, as we cannot provide more details than what is available on the timetable page. The timetable is not expected to change significantly from last year, so please refer to the timetable from the previous year until the updated one becomes available.
3. This bus has a luggage compartment where you can stow your suitcases. There are no restrictions on the number or size of items. Items such as ice axes, poles, pickaxes can potentially damage other passengers’ luggage. Please store them inside your backpack or carry them separately in a dedicated cover or bag. Loading and unloading of luggage is your responsibility.
4. This bus accepts the following bus passes: 2-Day Free Passport, 2-Day Free Passport plus ONE, and 4-Day WIDE Free Passport.
